Tax Increment District 9

Created in 2017, TID 9 was created to purchase and develop nearly 100 acres of property to increase the residential, commercial, and industrial availability in the City.

This property, formerly known as the Dolan Farm, is located between County Highway N, State Highway 81 with Highway 11 to the south.

TID 9 is considered a mixed-use district (Commercial/Residential/Light Industrial) with an expected life span of 20 years.
