Exercise Classes

Balanced Yoga (45 minutes) - $20.00 for 8 weeks
MORNING GROUP: Tuesdays & Thursdays ~ 9:30am-10:15am
AFTERNOON GROUP: Mondays & Wednesdays ~ 2:00pm-2:45pm
Combination of chair yoga & balance exercises to keep equilibrium in check, focus on breathing, and help increase flexibility

Fitness First (1 hour) - $25.00 for 8 weeks
Mondays, Wednesdays & Fridays ~ 8:15am-9:15am
This is the longest running class. We use free weights, resistance balls, stretch bands, sand balls, and chairs. Every class has a warm-up, cardio, strength, balance, and cool-down.

Fitness Fusion (45 minutes) - $20.00 for 8 weeks
Wednesdays & Fridays ~ 10:30am-11:15am
Complete 15-minute cardio program, 15 minutes of strengthening, and 15 minutes of floor exercises and stretching. This class uses balls, sand balls, and floor mats.

Men's Exercise (45 minutes) - $25.00 for 8 weeks
Mondays, Wednesdays & Fridays ~ 9:30am-10:15am
Designed just for men, this class includes a warm-up and cool-down. We use free weights, resistance balls, stretch bands, sand balls, and chairs.

Power Yoga - $12.00 for 8 weeks
Mondays Only ~ 12:00pm-12:45pm

Yoga - $20.00 for 8 weeks
Tuesdays & Thursdays ~ 11:45pm-12:30pm

Zumba (45 minutes) - $20.00 for 8 weeks
EARLY GROUP: Tuesdays & Thursdays ~ 8:15am-9:00am
LATE GROUP: Tuesdays & Thursdays ~ 10:45am-11:30am
This is a dance party that incorporates Latin and international music. We dance the Merengue, Salsa, Cumbia, and Reggaeton. Every class has a warm-up dance and a cool-down dance.
