FREE YARD WASTE DROP OFF

Free  Yard Waste Drop Off for City of Monroe residents will open on Thursday, April 1st at the Streets Division at 1064 5th Avenue.  It will be open Monday thru Friday from 6:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.  There will be no attendant on site.

Yard Waste Drop Off Rules are as follows:

  1.  Bags/Boxes must be emptied onto the yard waste pile and then placed   into the barrels.
  2.  No Garbage
  3.  No Lumber
  4.  No Metal
  5.  No Furniture/Items Containing Freon
  6.  No Tires
  7.  No Plastic Pots or Containers
