Karate Class

This program is based on Tae Kwon Do, with contributions from judo, boxing and other martial arts.  We cover basics, forms, self-defense and sparring.  Log on to www.roninkarate.com before the first day of class.  Wear loose clothes and bring a water bottle.  Shorts and jeans are not allowed.  Classes are fun, but are also hard work, so students must be committed to learn and to practice at home between classes.
