This class is designed to improve fitness and overall health.  Mondays  will focus on Functional Training to assist in performing the activities of daily life safely and more effectively.  These high and low impact exercises simulate everyday movements and target core strength using body weight and/or a variety of equipment.  Wednesdays will be calorie burning cardio circuits which combine cardio & strength exercise to develop muscle endurance, improve cardiovascular ability & burn calories.  Moderate to high intensity level with modifications available.

Develop greater body awareness while reducing stress in this yoga class.  Each month we will stretch, breathe, learn yoga postures, relax and have fun.  Not recommended for pregnant women.  Please bring your own mat!

Come and join us from 5:15 - 6:00pm for this exercise class for high school age to adult.  There is no cost if you have a season pass or pay $3.00 nightly admission.  You must register with the Front Desk.  You can drop in but if you register, we will call you with cancellation information.  Certified Aqua Zumba® instructor will be Connie Wyssbrod.  We will not make up classes cancelled due to inclement weather.

Pickleball is a racquet sport which combines elements of badminton, tennis and table tennis.  The court is just under one third of the area of   a tennis court and uses a similar net.  The game is played with a hard paddle and a polymer smaller version of a whiffle ball.  A pickleball moves at about one-third the speed of a tennis ball, making this a sport that is more accessible to a wider range of players.  The smaller area along with the slower moving ball makes pickleball much easier to play than tennis.  Please register at Parks & Recreation for these leagues so we can call you with any schedule changes.  You can drop in anytime to play.  We supply the balls and have some paddles.
