Sanitation and Recycling Costs
Discussion and possible action regarding the costs for providing sanitation and recycling services for the City of Monroe.  This discussion will include a review of the cost of transporting to the Janesville landfill versus utilizing local transfer station(s).  Additionally, the council will revisit the idea of contracting out the service as an alternative to future equipment purchases.
