This is to revise the current sewer and water service agreement between the City, the County, and the property owner.  This will change one sewer service connection from residential to commercial.

Approval of change order number 5 for $4,651.57. This is for the additional removal of pavement marking on the side streets, as well as modifications to two storm sewer structures.  This results in a net decrease of $9,368.73 to the original project.
