Discuss and act on hiring professional services to explore building needs for the future and make referal to city council for approval
This discussion is to begin long range planning on the need for a possible new senior center building.The senior center would use funds from the Janet Raush estate gift to obtain future building costs and hire professional services to do so. Discussion will include all options including adding onto current facility.

Discuss and possibly act the front planter area located by the front door on the buildings South side
Brick planter located along the gym wall has a large crack in it. The planter also gives access to the gym roof. Board will discuss removing it for security reasons and adding in some landscaping in the Spring.
